You can synchronize the UDK calendar with your own calendar app, such as Google Calendar or iOS Calendar, using the UDK iCal address. Copy the UDK iCal link and paste it into the "Add calendar by URL" section of your calendar app. Once synchronization is enabled, UDK events will automatically be added to your calendar app.

Please note that calendar apps fetch data at their own pace, so it may take up to 24 hours for the calendar to update in the app. Remember, the most up-to-date information is always available directly on the UDK website.

Adding to Google calendar

Please note that adding the calendar to Google Calendar is only possible on a computer, not on mobile or tablet devices. However, once you have added the UDK calendar to your Google Calendar, you can use it on the mobile app as well.

1. Move to calendar.google.com with your computer and login.
2. Press ➕ -button (Add other calendars) from the left side bar Other Calendars -osiosta.
3. You will see dropdown where you choose From URL
4. Add UDKs iCal-adress in the field: URL of calendar and press Add calendar.
5. Done! The UDK calendar is now available in your Google Calendar, and you can now also enable it to be visible in your mobile app, for example.

Making the Calendar Visible on Your Phone

NOTE: Remember to follow the instructions mentioned above!

1. Open Google Calendar on your phone.
2. Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
3. Find "Tapahtumakalenteri" or "Fuksikalenteri" and check the box to enable it.
4. Congratulations, you can now see UDK events on your phone!

Adding to iOS Calendar

Please note that adding to the iOS calendar is only possible on an iPhone or iPad.

1. Open Settings app and go to the Calendar section.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Choose "Add Account" and select "Other" as the account type.
4. Select "Add Subscribed Calendar."
5. Paste the UDK iCal address and finish adding the calendar.
6. Done! The UDK calendar is now easily available on your device!
